Do I need to manage a dashboard or calendar?

No. We negotiate your rate and manage every booking personally, so there's no dashboard or calendar for you to keep on top of. If you ever want to update your pricing, photos or details, just send them to us and we'll take care of it.

What does it cost me to join and list?

It doesn’t cost you anything to join. We don’t charge a commission from your earnings either. We add a % to your agreed nightly rate when we list and thats it. No other hidden fees or charges from you or the guest.
When and how do I get paid?
We pay directly into your chosen Sri Lankan bank account 24-48 hours after your guests have completed check-in.

What currency would I get paid in?

Your rate is agreed in Australian dollars, and that is exactly what the guest pays. That Australian dollar amount is fixed the moment we agree it with you, so you always know precisely what you are working from.
When it is time to pay you, we send that full Australian dollar amount through Wise, which converts it into your local currency at the real exchange rate on that day. Exchange rates move slightly day to day, the same way they do for anyone sending money internationally, so the local currency amount you receive can be a touch higher or lower than a rough estimate. In practice this movement is usually small, and it works both ways.
What matters most stays completely consistent. There are no hidden markups, no added fees, and no surprises buried in the process, just the same fair rate everyone sending money through Wise already gets.
