Niche & Nest, referred to as we, us or our, is a trading name of Airhaul Pty Ltd, ABN 73 693 992 817, based in Melbourne, Australia. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect the personal information of anyone who visits this website.

This website is currently a pre launch site. We do not yet take bookings or process payments, and we hold no property listings. The only information we collect right now comes from the two forms on this site.

Subscribe form: if you sign up to be notified when we launch, we collect your email address.

Contact form: if you send us a message, we collect your name, your email address and the content of your message.

We do not collect any other personal information through this website, and we do not use cookies or tracking tools beyond the standard functionality Squarespace, our website platform, needs to run the site.

How we use your information

We use the information you give us only for the reason you gave it to us.

Your email address from the subscribe form is used solely to notify you when Niche & Nest launches.

Your details from the contact form are used solely to read and respond to your message.

We do not use your information for any other marketing, and we do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.
